About
I created the brand Ineffable as a way to describe my own ineffable pain with an invisible and rare disease. As I moved through my journey with ineffable pain, I learned there is more to it than just the physical debilitating signals being sent to my brain. There is an ineffable journey with invisible diseases and the ineffective way to show the world your strength and your fight you bring to your daily life. My desire is to raise awareness and support to those, like me, in the world battling invisible and rare diseases.
My Diagnoses
In 2017, I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), previously known as RSD. Every minute of every day, ineffable pain is at the forefront of every decision I make: from simply taking a shower to attending the most elaborate of weddings. Since this original diagnosis, co-morbidities have developed such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, sleep disorders, centralized pain syndrome, along with other fun names sprinkled here and there along the way. Pain affects every single component of my life, and through it all I have learned strategies and tools to help me deal with it, which I want to share with others.
My Journey
My personal stories - the good, the bad, and the ugly - are in my blogs. My heart, my sweat, and my tears are in my blogs. I put myself out there in a complete state of vulnerability so I can help others to relate to their own journeys. I hope to help friends and family understand just a glimpse of what life can be like living with invisible diseases and the struggles going along with them.

Since CRPS is my beginning, and the disease that has inserted itself into every detail of my life, I will spend more time educating others on it, specifically. CRPS is a rare disease and it is so hard to find personal stories, connections, and helpful education online, when there isn't even a lot of research for the doctors to read upon.
